First, I listen. We talk about how you met, the atmosphere you imagine, what matters most to you and how you want your guests to feel. We also discuss your dates, guest numbers and budget. From there, I shape a clear plan that reflects you both.
We find the right setting
A venue sets the tone for everything that follows. I research and shortlist places that suit your vision, guest numbers and practical needs, then help you compare what each one offers. Whether you are local or planning from abroad, I guide visits, conversations and decisions with care.
We bring the right people together
I recommend trusted suppliers whose style and approach fit yours, from catering and flowers to photography, music and transport. I coordinate proposals, conversations and bookings, helping you understand your options and keeping everyone aligned as plans take shape.
We design the experience
Together we define the look, feeling and flow of your celebration. I connect the design choices, from flowers and lighting to the table setting and the little personal touches, so the day feels cohesive and unmistakably yours.
We look after your guests
A destination wedding involves more than the ceremony. I help plan accommodation, transport, timing and guest information, including the welcome events or next-day gathering that make a wedding weekend feel effortless. I keep the practical pieces moving so everyone knows where to be and can relax.
We prepare every detail
As the date approaches, I build the schedule, confirm suppliers and work through the practical details and contingency plans. I make sure everyone understands their role and the timing, while keeping you informed without putting every small decision on your shoulders.
You enjoy your wedding day
On the day, I am there behind the scenes: welcoming and directing suppliers, overseeing the setup, managing the schedule and resolving the unexpected. You can focus on each other and your guests, knowing the celebration is in capable hands.
